Meet The Team
Vera Davies
Vera is a retired mathematics teacher who attends Gateway Church in Abergavenny. She supported ICE Wales for many years before becoming a Trustee five years ago.
Chris Powell
Chris is a retired language teacher and is a deacon at Moriah Baptist Church, Risca.
Laura Toomer
Laura Toomer is a schools development worker, working with ICE Wales and Village Hope.
Mark Thomas
For seven years Mark has been the pastor of Bethesda Baptist Church, Rogerstone. Previous to that role he worked as a prison chaplain and a pastor of Hope Baptist Church, Bridgend.
Chris Thomas
Founder
Chris Thomas is the founding member of ICE Wales and a trustee. She oversees the maintenance of links with the schools and the volunteers.
